I am unable to download speech and Keyboard language packs. Its says " Queued " for speech and " preparing to download " for keyboard. As Speech is not being downloaded I am not able to use cortana.

I cannot print pdf files from Windows 7 laptop to shared printer on iMac. It will print other files successfully (i.e. microsoft word or IE will print ok.) I am using Adobe Reader 9 to view the pdf
