Fire department responds to Albany building collapse
Fire crews responded Wednesday to a building collapse on Bradford Street. Fire Chief Joseph Gregory said firefighters arrived just after 9 a.m. and found the front of a building at 260 Bradford St. separated from the rest of the structure.
New York city officials said emergency measures were working and no movement had been seen in a high-rise that was at risk of a partial collapse.
